I wanted to make something floppy, so i made a hoodie! made in Marvelous Designer/Blender/Substance Painter by me! Rigged and modeled to Zinpia's EGirl Base! (not included) The fingers will clip though, Use UV discard or blandeshapes to stop this whichever you prefer!
Bone settings are default PhysBones with some gravity :)
